Skip the pricey ones and buy these! I LOVE THESE! I bought this set for my two year old. He’s pretty advanced and he’s already learning how to read but a lot of learning tools for reading require more coordination than a 2 year old has. These couldn’t be any simpler or more perfect for him, and the words you can create and sound out are plentiful. I believe there are 80 combinations. I spent days trying to decide whether to buy this set or the more expensive ones you’ll find on here (TWICE the cost). I thought surely the price…
Bad lettering This concept is SO GOOD!But the lettering is not the block lettering American preschoolers recognize.Nor is it standard cursive either.SO DISAPPOINTING!
Kindergarten fun I bought these for my Kindergartener since he is learning to read. They practice a lot of rhyming and these are a great tool for us at home to use to assist in continuing that.2 negatives. 1- I wish the font was more “block lettering” for easier beginner recognition. 2- we had a few blocks that needed extra sanding after they arrived. Nothing too crazy but still needed to be done.
