Fun learning game We started using this when my son was about 20 months and he’s almost 24 months now. He loves it. We’re not playing it like a game of memory, which you might be tempted to do, but simply letting him do the matching. We started by working with small batches of cards to help him understand what to do – about 5 pairs. Beautifully printed illustrations and sturdy cards This game is excellent quality and beautiful. The illustrations are very well printed: very bright colors and crisp images. The cards are a very stiff cardboard, like the original Memory game. You have to punch them out, but it is extremely easy to do. And BONUS, the grids leftover after punching the cards out is really cute! Good for Grannies too. This was purchased for my 91yr old Grandmother who recently suffered an illness and spent time in the hospital. We wanted to give her something to do while she was recovering and at the same time something that was good for her cognitive health. I remembered having a memory game as a child and immediately started looking on Amazon for one like it. It gives us something to do together with her when we visit.
