Excellent Cust. Service, but the X5 is not . Waiting for a response from Nextsport regarding this X5 Pro scooter that I purchased.In all fairness to this seller, I will update my full evaluation when I conclude with Nextsport regarding this Scooter. …it has major Headset defect Issues with both of the X5’s I received.UPDATE:The design of this scooter “appears” well. The wheels are above average. The Bearings are ABEC 9 which is above average as well. The bar is strong and the 3 bolt clamp is average in quality…

Makes a rattling noise We bought this scooter as a Christmas present for my 8 year old son. While the scooter looks nice, it makes a noticeable rattling noise while he’s riding it. We’ve tightened all the screws and it still makes the noise – almost like a bearing in the wheel is loose. Needless to say my son is disappointed. His big brother also got a new scooter for Christmas (different brand) and it’s completely quiet and smooth while riding it. I’ve contacted Fuzion to see if our scooter is faulty, but as of now…

Excellent quality! We bought this for our daughter for Christmas. She has had Razor’s in the past and she is so hard on them and trashes them in a very short time. So we decided to buy a more expensive one. We like the solid handle bars, and that it doesn’t fold. The foot board is a little bigger and more solid.
