They shrink… I ordered these to start stocking up on my quickly growing 4 month old. I bought 6-9 month with the hope that it would last him awhile, since he’s already outgrown half of his 3-6 month clothing. Unfortunately, after washing and drying (on extra low heat), they’re just slightly bigger than the largest of 3-6 month onesies he currently wears. Great quality for an affordable price! These onesies are so cute! They are made of extra soft material and well constructed! My LO is 14 months old and I’m the 27th percentile in height but I got 18 months size because my LO grows out of clothes so fast, and he doesn’t mind extra wiggle room. I was worried a bit though because I started reading that they run a little big. Because there are 3 different styles there are some that are slightly smaller and some that are bigger. Love these! Good fit for long babies. These are a great fit for tall babies with longer torsos. My son was in the 87th percentile of height at 2 months, but it’s all in his upper body, with short, stubby little legs (sorry son, you definitely got this from me).These cover his body well without pulling down at the neck or up at the legs.
