Fits my tiny preemie! Fits my preemie baby! He was born at 3 lbs, 10 oz; when he came home & needed clothes after 13 days I found these & they are soft & easy to work with on my 17 ” tall son. The s!edges are more like 3/4 length, but that is OK as he likes to have his hands free & by his face. I put a HALO SleepSack Micro-Fleece Swaddle, size preemie in Baby Blue on him at night & he sleeps amazing between eating times!
