I got my 9 month old size 18 months My 9 month old is 26 inches tall and 19 lbs , pretty average size for her age according to her doctor . I got her a size 18 month romper because she usually needs a bigger size since she wears cloth diapers ! Iâm glad that I did because the romper was not as big on her as I expected it to be .
