Wonderful but size up for extended use. 9.29.16 – Really cute and a great price but size up. True Carter’s clothing (i.e. not Walmart or Target versions) sizing is right on or on the larger side of infant / child clothing. We were given the ‘moose’ version in a 6 month size for our 65th percentile baby boy Christmas last year. The sizing was slightly smaller than expected and the fleece material does not stretch like cotton but doesn’t shrink in the wash like it either. Cute and Quality We. Love. This. The cutest little jacket onesie I’ve put our little daughter in to date. Even though its summer, I often hope for the temperatures to drop enough in the evening so we can zip her up in this moose outfit and take her for her walks. Very cozy (at least it feels that way), quality materials and fairly thick. It does seem to run a little small though. Our daughter was born a month early so growth wise is a little behind her age group. She’s 8 months old, about 14-15 lbs and length…
Furious I did NOT receive what I ordered. I ordered this because I have this same outfit in size 6 month, and my son absolutely loves it. I wanted to get him one in a larger size because he is growing out of it. That one is fleece and Sherpa lined. I’m not even sure what material the outfit I received was. Some kind of cotton. And the size was WAY bigger than 12 months, though that was what it was labeled. It looks looks like a cheap off brand masquerading as Carter’s. I will be returning this.
