Way Too Much Resistance I already owned a blue (heavy resistance) Thera-Band Flexbar. I needed less resistance so I figured I would save a few bucks and order the Cando medium resistance bar. Poor quality control in matching colors with resistance levels As some other reviewers have stated, there appear to be quality control issues with the Cando Twist-n-Bend Hand Exercisers. The color-coding is supposed to indicate the resistance of the stick, with yellow the softest and black the stiffest. In this scheme, the green stick is supposed to be stiffer than the red one.
