Way Too Much Resistance I already owned a blue (heavy resistance) Thera-Band Flexbar. I needed less resistance so I figured I would save a few bucks and order the Cando medium resistance bar. However, the resistance of the medium Cando requires about twice the force to twist as the heavy resistance Flexbar. For reference, I’m a 240lb bodybuilder and it requires a significant effort to perform the Tyler twist. The amount of force required aggravates the tennis elbow I’m trying to treat…

Poor quality control in matching colors with resistance levels As some other reviewers have stated, there appear to be quality control issues with the Cando Twist-n-Bend Hand Exercisers. The color-coding is supposed to indicate the resistance of the stick, with yellow the softest and black the stiffest. In this scheme, the green stick is supposed to be stiffer than the red one.
