Not as pictured, and runs very small! I ordered a size 3-4 and received a shirt WAY too small for my 3 year old. I’ve attached a photo of the shirt laying on top of a blue 18 month Tee shirt of his. That’s right, something advertised for a four year old is too small to fit an 18 month old!Also the skulls were not foam medallions as pictured, but embroidered! Love this outift! Wife here. I was a little worried about ordering this costume based on the prior reviews but I wanted to let you know that this item arrived as completely brand new, nothing was unraveling and it fit as expected. My son is 4.5 years old, is in the 50% for height (so he’s not super tall) and weighs 42 pounds (he’s heavier than his peers). I ordered the 4-6.
