SO EASY! I love this tool! I have rheumatoid arthritis and rolling the beads the old fashioned way with a tooth pick would make my hands cramp after while This tool really makes it easy and is fast too! I have read other reviews about some complaints and I have solutions for some of them. “Makes beads too small…” Use larger strips of paper, I have had no problems with bead sizes. “Glue builds up on tool and needs to be cleaned often…” I remove the bead before gluing and slide it on…
Not Great This little item works, I’ll give it that. But it is just as easy to cut your own paper and use a bamboo skewer to make the beads. Using the bead maker, the hole for stringing the bead is too small for anything but the finest line or thread. I bought it and after an afternoon of bead making, my grand daughter and I turned to bamboo skewers and put this tool back in the book and into the donation bin.
Great value This may have been designed for children, but I’m having a great time using it to make professional-looking beads. It only makes the one size, but I like that size. Adults with bead-making experience should have no trouble making nice beads with this tool. I put the tool on a water bottle, hold between my knees, use both hands for smooth rolling and use my own supplies to glue, harden and glaze. When I want to make different size/type beads, I use different tools. But this is one of the best…
