Love this broom and pan! I have major back issues, making it almost impossible for me to sweep the floor as people generally do, let alone bending down to pick up the dust pan. This broom makes it possible for me to sit in my rollator and sweep the floor, rolling along in my chair. Then I can easily sweep the dirt into the pan, holding it steady with my foot, reach down and pick it up to empty, all while in my rolling chair. What a great help this is for someone like myself, and not at all painful to use.
Great Design Makes This My Favorite Broom & Dustpan Ever I never thought I’d get excited about a broom and dustpan, but this is a great design! I have new laminate floors, and the broom does a better job of cleaning than any broom I have had (and I’m no spring chicken). It took me a little while to figure out how to attach the dustpan, and after I read the directions and started stepping on the dustpan as I swept stuff into it, I realized this was the best way to get all the little bits and pieces into the pan. It’s ok This broom set isn’t going to change your life. It’s ok. There is a video (?) you are going to have served to you upon ordering. The clip thing that is supposed to hold the broom and pan together broke right away. It now hangs on the wall thanks to a wall sticky thing that I got from a hardware store.
