Wonderful security I’m 77 and not quite as steady as I used to be and have bone on bone knees. We had our bathroom totally gutted and redone for older people. This was installed next to the toilet. I feel much more secure getting down and up with this solid support. All three anchor points are backed by heavy, solid wood so the screws have solid backing and support.
Grabbar Had to be installed with extra anchor in the middle of my wall otherwise its good!!! Helps me stand and balance myself!!
Purely Decorative! This is NOT ADA approved!. It is 2 peice and is not sturdy at all. It bends where the two peices come together. Nothing prevents the two peices from coming apart. The mounts are not flat and when you use concrete anchors it squishes the mount which makes it more unstable. The screws and anchors supplied will NOT hold if you plan on using this. This bar is purely decorative.
