Used and not sealed This arrived open and used so it was returned. I am reordering through the manufacturer’s website, it’s cheaper anyway. It smelled nice. I am happy with the foam cleaner for my baby’s sensitive skin aside from the inflated cost. I’ll start checking elsewhere before placing orders through Amazon.
