Hands down the best cookies EVER How did I live without these all my life? The best cookies ever. Think of these cookies as much lighter version of the original walkers shortbread cookies – filling but just not as buttery heavy – plus jelly-like sweet dehydrated gingers… yum! Real ginger means these cookies are good for you, right?? I was so happy when I discovered these delicious cookies!! The real bits of candied ginger really hit the spot. Great with some tea or coffee, or just by themselves.I just wish they were sold in single or double boxes, rather than the larger quantities, because 1) I’m afraid some of the boxes will go stale over time, or – what’s more likely – 2) I won’t be able to resist temptation and will eat them all within a matter of days!Will post again if I find that the later…
