Some distilled water may remain during shipping to prevent air lock. Spraying this distilled water before filling does not mean the mop is used, but new and well tested. To fill the 700ml bottle, please remove it by pulling firmly; there is no need to squeeze or twist. After filling the bottle, it is sometimes necessary to press the trigger multiple times before spraying.
