this is a great product. The adrenals are not to be treated without help from a professional, so if you do not have experience with adrenal supports, or if you have not been diagnosed by a professional and given the proper dosage, then you should seek treatment first. For the remainder, who have been taking adrenal supports for years, or for professional doctors, this is a great product.
