Defective Vacuum Do not order this item. The item that I received look used and worn, worse than that, the vacuum cleaner itself does not work! All packaging was open and laying in the bottom of the box!

Very disappointed the way Amazon third party handled the situation. We received it defective and endless-Japan did not want to fix it and asked the item to be returned.
