Love it! I needed to replace my old cushion, I was afraid that my soreness would continue until I had sores to deal with. This is a substantial cushion, well made. I’ve found that I am very comfortable with the gel portion – can make any changes I need just by adjusting how I sit. The base is very supportive, it actually raises me up about 2″ – not a bad thing. The cushion, as a whole, has alleviated the sag in the WC seat. That makes it much more comfortable as well. The price is wonderful, too…
