It’s alright, but the size isn’t for me! I had to get the petite/kids version because the back of my next length is only about 2 to 3 inches long, however, there isn’t enough room for my head in the middle. My head is average size for a female (22″), but I am 5’2″ with a short neck. I bought this to help with tension headaches due to posture. This pillow is just alright.
