Great to use for Pool class I use several of these when I teach Billiards class lessons. It’s good for measuring angles of shots. It’s very fast to get an approximate angle or to set up a practice shot close to a desired angle. To get an exact angle is more time consuming because of the distances involved — I use laser beams to help when I need high accuracy. The size is a good compromise. It’s various scales are perfect and it’s got just the right amount of friction to hold a position, yet adjusts easily.
