Tranquility Premium DayTime Disposable Absorbent Underwear (sometimes called pull-on or pull-up diapers) provide outstanding protection and guaranteed performance ensuring confidence and comfort during active daytime hours. They are designed with comfortable, breathable sides and an ample, full-rise waist panel providing a more proportioned fit. Tear-away side seams allow for easy removal. The soft, cloth-like inside layer of the diaper is gentle against your skin. The underlying, high-capacity, absorbent peach core contains superabsorbent polymers that guarantee skin dryness, odor reduction, urine pH neutralization, and inhibition of bacterial growth. Kufguards® (inner leg cuffs) channel fluids into the core, helping to contain high volume urge episodes and bowel incontinence (or fecal incontinence). Great protection I have bought these by case several times and will continue to use them! Special needs daughter – 5â2â – 100 lbs – uses these. Best fit, best absorption, highest quality disposable underwear. Getting old sucks and bladder leakage as you age is more common than you think, but you ultimately have to deal with your real-life problem and you’re certainly not alone. (Men have this problem as commonly as women.) Doesn’t flood I order a box a month for my elderly father. He has mild incontinence, an anxious bladder really. When he thinks he may need to go, it’s almost too late. He’s not physically able to grab his walker and rush to the restroom, so the pull ups are perfect for dads needs. Occasionally he empties his bladder into the underpants and it is not wet feeling and doesn’t overflow. Dad is 5’7″ and weighs 240. He’s a big guy, size XL fits fine.
