holds up well Got these for sister with dementia. Use them at night and at times when getting her changed is a problem because they hold several urinations. At night she also wears the ATN briefs (large to go over the med diapers) as backup but seldom gets them wet. Great product – I think even better than the PrimaGuards.
Best on the market! These are simply the only overnights worth using! Have been using these for my mother for several years now and although they are not pretty, or as soft as some of the others, they definitely work the best of any we have tried.
