Tranquility EliteCare® Adult Disposable Brief (also called an adult diaper) with PowerSorb® Micro-layer is the highest absorbency disposable brief offered on the market. The EliteCare adult diaper provides an increased level of absorbency to accommodate individuals’ needs for more protection, uninterrupted sleep, and extended wear-time such as during long airplane flights. The soft, cloth-like inside layer of the diaper is gentle against your skin. The underlying, high-capacity, absorbent peach core contains superabsorbent polymers that guarantee skin dryness, odor reduction, urine pH neutralization, and inhibition of bacterial growth. The PowerSorb Micro-layer is an ultra-thin, ultra-dense, non-pulp retention layer that increases absorbent capacity without adding extra bulk. The dual wetness indicators turn from yellow to blue when moisture is present, thus eliminating unnecessary changes and reducing costs. The EliteCare brief features micro-hook closure tabs that grip the soft, cloth-like outer layer to securely fasten the brief and allow for multiple openings. Kufguards® (inner leg cuffs) channel fluids into the core, helping to contain high volume urge episodes and bowel incontinence (or fecal incontinence).
