Embroidery bled on first wash The size of the outfit is great, the feeling of the fabric is great, the designs are adorable. However, after a single wash in cold water with Dreft, the red pepper embroidery bled significantly. I was VERY disappointed given how much wear we had hoped to get out of this brand.
It DOES run big! I should have listened to those who stated that the product runs big. To help other mommies out there, I have decided to post a picture where it shows the difference between size 12 by Carter’s and this one. Hope it helps! Despite of the size discrepancy, the bodysuits appear to be comfy and soft. NOW, I am going to order a size 9…and hopefully it fits! 🙂
Itchy mesh lining, otherwise would’ve been perfect Note that there is embroidery on the front of these shirts, which means they applied that mesh screen to the inside of the shirt to block the back of the embroidery from touching baby’s chest. I get that they’re covering up something potentially itchy, but that mesh stuff is itchy too- it just defeats the purpose of the ultra soft cotton of the rest of the shirt. Our baby has sensitive skin and scratches at her chest when this mesh stuff is there. So disappointed as the shirt is really great…
