Suggest Going up in level of Resistance This green LOOP made by TheraBand is not of the same level of resistance as its green BAND – the loop seems to have less resistance. So although it is good quality and feels as though it will hold up over time, its going to be much easier to move against than if you use a green band that has been cut & tied into a loop. The 12″ length is good for lower extremity abductor strengthening and the 3″ width appears to be adequate. I would purchase again, but in the next level of resistance.

Perfect, very happy. Perfect fit for monster walks and/or side steps and very well made, no seams and durable. Of course pulls on hair a little bit for around ankles, but that was to be expected. I do not see this breaking any time soon and I would recommend this and I would buy it again.

Not what I expected These bands were not the kind of heavy resistance band I used in physical therapy for my knees so I had to return them. The resistance is much lighter. And be aware that this company is not receptive to returns of any kind. I did receive a partial refund because I never used this band and returned it in the original packaging, etc. They still charged a restocking fee. Make sure your order is exactly what you are looking for.
