Excellent To start this review off, I would like to say that I have an extreme case of ADHD and OCD. I have bought many, many “fidget toys” and stress balls. This one has been the best by far. These are used at the University of Virginia hospital to rehabilitate as well. This is the only therapy ball that has kept my attention. I have the red one (second softest) and the yellow (softest).
