Works great! No need for the bigger size As someone that doesn’t love to stretch (but definitely needs to), the stick provides a quick and effective way to take care of your muscles after a workout or run. I opted for the travel size due to price and ease in taking it on the road. Surprisingly its long enough to cover everything I need, including my back. I’m pretty thin, so it won’t cover the entire width of your back for many people. The stick can be used on most muscle groups, and really works well for loosening up tight muscles…
The Stick I have three versions of the stick, the travel stick, the sprinter stick, and the marathon stick. The sprinter stick is the most firm which is great for a deep massage. The marathon stick is the least firm which is great for the light massage after a long run. The travel stick is a great middle of the road between the sprinter and the marathon. I use them after every run, they are great.
Very useful item for anyone with sore muscles I had total knee replacement surgery on September 29. While doing PT, my therapist gave me one of these to try on my very sore thigh and leg muscles. It provides massage that you, the person in need of the massage, control. After using it at rehab, I went home, found it on Amazon, and I bought it. Very useful item for anyone with sore muscles.
