Designed to mildly immobilize the base of your finger and still enable you to have full use of your hand. Properly positions and supports your finger to provide relief of symptoms and promote healing. Adjusts to most finger sizes right or left by fastening the velcro strap around the base of your finger to fit like a ring. If needed, trim the excess velcro strap for a more comfortable fit. The logo side facing out and neoprene side on your skin. Wear continuously until symptoms resolve. Now let the healing begin!
They are working well I suffer sever pain from trigger finger. These are very small, and limited in how much they stabilize the finger, but then again they allow for some movement so they can be easily used during the day. They are quick and easy to put on and off. I purchased the larger MedicHelp Trigger Finger Splint sold separately on Amazon for use at night, and these smaller “Original Handfix” ones for use during the day, though these maybe could be used at night too instead of the larger ones.
but I have another injury for which this is perfect. After months of physical therapy I don’t have trigger finger, but I have another injury for which this is perfect. After months of physical therapy, I received a contraption that would have made Frankenstein proud, but this little thing is somewhat discreet and helps my hand. I’ll probably buy another one because I lose things easily. My only complaint is that it could be a little stronger. I have put a slight curve to it, but my injury is strong so I don’t blame the tool. I blame my hand.
applies no unnecessary pressure like with the foam sleeves Not very intrusive at all … applies no unnecessary pressure like with the foam sleeves … sure beats taping aluminum and foam to your hand at night. Really works, and you can use hand while wearing it, and still restrict the movement of a single digit! I was a little leery of the velcro, as I tried a different velcro thing that made my neighboring fingers raw. This is the one you’re looking for – recommended with no reservations at all!
