Natural…but too many leaks I really wanted to rate this highly. Its free of chemicals and the prints are adorable. However it leaks wayyy too much! My baby had a 6 oz bottle and soaked through the diaper in less than 2hrs on multiple ocassions. Overnight? Forget it. I usually change diapera once or twice but if I tey the same with these my baby wakes up cold and soaked in urine. Leaked My first time buying Honest Comapny diapers, I got em because my almost 17 month old has been teething bad & breaking out so I figured organic would be better for her skin. Every one of these diapers have leaked and completely soaked my daughters clothes.
