LEAKS after 4 weeks of use. I was very excited for this cold pack for my back. Though, I started to feel like it was not full enough of the cold gel…as if the cold gel would all go to one side of the pack and then the other side had none…then I noticed the gel leaking out of 3 spots at the seams (see attached photo and I underlined the leaks in red). I do not know how long it had been leaking out…I noticed it after having it for 4 weeks. I am super disappointed. I emailed the seller and I am hoping to hear back…

Great sized ice pack, performance about the same as any ice pack This is a good ice pack, and I’m glad I bought it mostly due to the size. I use it for my back so it’s nice that it’s icing almost my entire back, not just the lumbar.My one issue is with the “coldest” claim. This product is worth the purchase!! I have 2 herniated disc, sciatic pain, and other issues due to a car accident i was in several years ago.
