NICE FOR THE PRICE! Nice product and price.. we have wood-look high end laminate flooring. The swiffer cleans it better than anything else we have found and doesnt harm the floor. Our floor has a moisture barrier and is moisture “resistant” but laminate is still vulnerable to moisture as are most floors that are not synthetic or tile.. we have confidence in our swiffer to clean and not harm.
Overall Satisfied – but surprised I was expecting more than 2 pads for the mop and the bottle of cleaner was small. I did not find the batteries. Maybe it comes in 2 packages? It sprays better than Swiffer WetJet Spray Mops I have had in the past – even ones that look like this one. New and improved.
Broke within months I loved it at first but it suddenly broke out of nowhere. Now I manually pour cleaning liquids on the floor and mop that way since the jets won’t spritz out the cleaning liquid as it did when the mop was new. I’veâ only had it for about 4 months.
