The Summer Chatham Post Safety Gate brings timeless decor to any home with its gray wood wash finish and matte white metal frame. It stands at 30″ tall and fits openings 28.5″-42″ wide with extension frames. The Chatham Post Safety Gate is equipped with an auto-close feature that gently closes the gate door behind you, as well as a hold-open mechanism that keeps the door open when needed. The arched doorway with integrated handle allows for easier walk-through while the integrated doorstop provides extra security. This gate can be installed in doorways and stairways.
Nearly perfect, just have to fix the tension *So for everyone who just wants to know if this is a good buy and worth the money, yes it is. It is well constructed, looks very nice and is infinitely sturdy. For those who want a more detailed review, here we go! So, starting with the look of the gate, it is less like a infant/dog gate and more like a tiny garden gate. Channel locks would be better.Opening the gate takes two steps, slide and lift. My 2 year old son figured out how to…

We have a cat who refuses to use a litter box with a cover/lid and a dog who likes to dig for treasure in the litter box. We also recently acquired a new dog last minute so we really needed a gate asap to control where he roams. Plus, it is nice to have when the pizza man arrives as one of our dogs hates the pizza man.. He is clearly adopted.. We’ve been looking for a gate on and off for a bit, but I just didn’t want to settle and spend a lot of money on a…
