What has happened to the Step 2 Wagon?!? A few years ago we were given a Step 2 Wagon for our daughter and we LOVE it. We now have a second child and it is great for taking them around the neighborhood for evening walks. It was well built and rugged enough to feel like it will last for years.
Good Wagon Really do like this wagon! We did have an issue with one of the bearing-type pieces breaking off the wheel. I tried contacting Step2 a couple different times to see how much a replacement wheel would cost or how to fix it, but they never replied. That was disappointing, since I normally have had good customer service with them. The wagon still works without it, but maybe not as smoothly. My only other thing is that I wish the wheels were more rubber type material so it wasn’t so loud rolling…
Great choice We bought this for our twin 16-month-old daughters for Christmas. So far it has been too cold to use it outside, but they love being walked around the house in it. They fit very well in it with space to spare as they grow. The door is great because they can climb in and out of it on their own. When we aren’t pulling them in it, they enjoy getting in and out of it and playing in it. They also like opening and closing the storage compartment. It steers well, both pushing and pulling.
