Almost perfect Got this product today. Is as advertised except, site says will fit mattress up to 20 “. However, the box says 16”. Now, it went together pretty easy but it wobbly because i could not tighten screws any tighter. Didnt use strap cause i cannot lift mattress but after putting it underneath, it was stable. Downside is of course it does not reach over the mattress. The top of handle is just even with top of mattress but loose enough i can get hand around it ti steady myself. Had to remove…

OK, rocky start, missing part First of all, everything worked out OK and the device seems to live up to the press. But that happy outcome is no thanks to whomever packaged this for shipment. The necessary Allen wrench was missing, which prompted a trip back home to get my own set. OK, fine. Then, the part into which the upright bar must be inserted was jammed far too tight. Excellent product I ended up buying 3 of these for my elderly mother’s bed. I have one placed at the bottom of her bed to help her when she is walking around that area. Her computer table happens to be near the foot of her bed and with the rail placed at the bottom she can use it to get up out of her computer chair.
