I don’t understand why others complain This is a really nice little shampooer. I have a dog with medical problems resulting in recurrent issues with soiled carpet. Since we are remodeling I am not too concerned with the carpet being hurt but flooring is down on the list of tasks for 12 to 24 months. I purchased this to keep my sanity without having professional crews in every 3 weeks. great to own if you have children or pets I use this all the time (two puppies) and I love it. However, I would not buy the pet version again (costs more) because the special attachment for pet messes is not needed. My daughter has the other model and the standard vacuum head on hers is larger than the one on the pet model.
