Totally fun costume This costume is a huge hit in my house. It fits both my tall 4 yo (44 inches) and 6 yo (48 inches) perfectly. It is lightweight so it’s not hard for them to move around in it. It is blown up for a battery powered fan (4 AAs) that adds a bit of weight, but doesn’t pull the costume down. It runs quietly. The golden hoof flaps stay in place over their feet. Epic Failure! I bought this early on Amazon to ensure it would be available for my daughter on Halloween. She was thrilled and excited to wear it. It went on fine and looked great for about an HOUR – then the motor failed and it deflated. The costumer would not reinflate. i used brand new Duracell batteries so that was not the problem. We tried turning it on and off several times and it would try and work for minute and then turn off again. After several tearful stops, my daughter took her costume off…
Not worth it! Donât purchase! Okay, this costume only got 2 stars because of how cute it is and how much people like it, but overall it really has been a nuisance! The usb plug that goes into the battery pack to make it start the fan to inflate absolutely will not stay in.
