I continued to work with it exercises, stretches etc. along with different types of orthotics without much success. LOVE IT they are hard so not so soft and … I had pain for days due to high arches and too much exercise , this fixed my issue after 2 hours the pain under my arch was gone ! LOVE ITthey are hard so not so soft and take some space in your shoes but man this was perfect purchase for me and I tried gels and everything else already ! as usual it is personal experience with the product and may works different for you , I walk and run daily around 10 miles and this works fantastic for me .
SAY GOODBYE TO FOOT PAIN I’m a fitter at a metal shop. I’m on my feet all day. These things are awesome. I have a high arch; they support well. The heal is a little stiff (would like more cushion), but they will break in well. I tried the Sole thick bake insoles, they were not as good and double the cost. Let’s see how these hold up!
