Caused me much pain!! Too wide, hard and rigid for my feet even after repeated attempts at heat forming them. To help with Plantar Fasciitis and heel spurs, I purchased these inserts at the advice of my Physical Therapist, who heated and formed them to my feet. I could not walk with them in my shoes without pain, so I boiled them per the instructions and fromed them even more.
