3/4-length description is not quite right, imo The 3/4 length description is misleading, in my opinion. I have 3/4 length insoles in a few different brands that stop just before the ball of the foot, and those are comfortable and fit well in my shoes. These Spenco Rx Orthotics go past the ball of the foot and only my toes are not on the insole. It’s an uncomfortable place for the insole to stop — and it makes my shoes fit too tight. Pretty serious arch support that helped with leg and back pain I was skeptical, but decided to try a really radical and seemingly pricey option. I have to say I am blown away at how it seems to have fixed foot, leg, and back pain I was having. Some older, less-supportive insoles weren’t really doing much – apparently. Within 1-2 days of using these guys and I was much more comfortable overall. I even used these when I had to spend 10 hours a day standing at a tradeshow, and I was much more comfortable than predicted.

The size is true to your regular shoes. Podiatrist recommended this for my size 6.5 adult feet 10-year-old son. I ordered the Men’s 6-7 and fits him perfectly. He has flat feet and this is helping him stand straighter and so far he likes them a lot. He said it feels a bit invasive since he’s still not too used to such high arch support.
