1-Month Insoles Insoles broke down after a month of daily use. If I wanted to spend $15 on a pair of insoles that will break down after a month then I would just use cardboard.
A must have for all my footwear I first bought these with a new pair of running shoes from Foot Locker a few years ago. The salesman was very knowledgeable and after taking off his own shoe to show me he had these inserts, I was sold. Rip out your old insole and wear these!! I go through about five or six of these a year as I’m on my feet in sneakers all day long, every day…(I imagine the average person would only use one or two per year)But I recommend these to anyone who wears sneakers, runs, walks, has bad feet, knees hurt, etc…You take out the original paper thin insole of the sneaker (I don’t care how expensive they are–the insole is paper thin)And replace it with the Spenco.Your life will change…your gait will…
