Works Great, Comfortable, Secure This is not just a cheesy little raised toilet seat. My husband installed it for me so I don’t know all the details of that process. I do know that when I use it, the seat is very stable (wouldn’t want it any other way). I had hip replacement surgery and this gives a good solid six inches of additional height to the existing toilet bowl. I have plenty of access from the front for cleaning myself up, but to do clean-up from the rear, I stand up (which I did previously anyway). The seat…

Looks nothing like in the picture, The seat that came looks nothing like the one in the picture that I ordered from. Actually the picture that popped up when I started this review does look the same. The attached photo on the left is the one Amazon shows during the ordering process. The attached photo on the right is what shows as I write the review. Maybe they are the same seat and the one on the left lacks the bracket. The bracket, which had to be pounded in place with a hammer, is supposed to fit under the mounting flange of…

Tall and Secure Just installed the Maddak Tall-Ette 6 inch toilet seat for post hip replacement surgery. It appears to be the tallest available riser and works well for me. I am 6 feet tall, already have an ADA height toilet and with this installed, my toes just touch the floor.The installation is very secure. See the photos I uploaded.
