Solved my difficulty .works great. I received a large stiff one from the therapy department for use following hip joint replacement surgery. I am a small woman so my socks were too small to use with it. The flexible one is an easy use for me. No more asking my husband to help with the socks.
does what it’s supposed to do! if anyone in the family needs this, i can recommend it. after doing extensive research on hard shelled vs this soft version (knee surgery), i went with this one. while the hard shell version is more rigid & provides a bigger entrance for the foot, all of the available models i’ve seen are so wide you can only use very stretchy socks to use it (verry stretchy) – a regular, normal sock (ankle or calf) definitely won’t work at all. this soft version doesn’t provide as wide an entrance for your…
Easy to use, Easy on the socks/stockings I have limited grip with my hands and can’t bend well due to hip and back issues. This aid is the best I have found for applying my knee high compression stockings. The flexibility of the portion that the knee high slides on to not only makes it easier to place it on the there but also puts less stress on the compression stocking.
