It’s fun like an Arcade while supporting a vigorous STEM / STEAM curriculum. 30 Snap Modules included to complete more that 200 projects with Snap Modules. – – Snap Circuits Arcade offers concrete, STEM /STEAM concepts with fun learning activities and creativity. Snap Circuits uses building pieces with snaps to assemble different electronic circuits on a simple “rows-and-columns” base gird that functions like the printed circuit board found in most electronic products. Each component is easily identifiable by a different color and functional purpose. Includes over 200 projects, utilizing 30 components including an internal Microcontroller pre-programmed with many fun to play interactive games, a programmable word fan, a tri-color light orb and a dual LED display. Learn the basics of electricity, engineering and circuitry with full color, curriculum-rich, easy-to-follow instructions. Requires 3 AA batteries (not included).
Excellent Electronics Project kit that makes learning fun. Well thought out project designs. I have fond memories of playing and experimenting with an electronics project kit as a kid. Out of the blue, my youngest son (7yrs) asked me about electronic circuits and these project kits. So after researching products here and elsewhere online, I decided to surprise him with this Snap Circuits project kit on his birthday.QUALITY and CONSTRUCTION:The kit consists of a number of electronic components embedded in âSnap Circuitâ modules. Even though most of the connectors are…

The amount of things you can do is impressive and seeing our 8 yr old grandson actually learning and programming messages on his own was well worth the price. I do believe you need someone who understands electrical circuits somewhat to explain and guide in the beginning. If it were just myself and grandson, I’m not sure it would have been as successful. However, this is not to dissuade a purchase…
Snap Circuits are a great way to introduce kids to electronics Snap Circuits are a great way to introduce kids to electronics. My 7 year old has learned a lot about simple circuits just by playing with them and following the patterns and using logic to build new ones. But at the same time, you can use them as hands-on activities from older kids and grown-ups who also want to learn basic electronics. Big fan
