Step-on Technology 
Just step on the smart body composition scale and then you get an instant readout.
1. Please place the digital scale on a hard & flat floor, avoid using it on any carpet.
2. Step on the scale gently with bare foot to let the display show, step off after that and wait for ‘CAL’ showing on the display, then stand onto the scale after you see ‘0.0’ on the display.
3. Step off after the weight is stable.

Note
1. For best accuracy, please lay the digital bathroom weight scale on hard and flat surface, and stand on the electrodes. Avoid carpet or soft surface.
2. To avoid inaccurate weight results, please re-calibrate the body fat scale after physically moving or shifting it or when replacing the batteries.
3. To calibrate, apply weight on the body fat scale, then step off and wait 10-15 seconds for the LCD screen to display “0.0”. Then, step back on the Bluetooth scale to weigh with accurate results.
4. Body weight naturally fluctuates throughout the day. Recommend measure the same time at every day.
