It’s very easy to set up It’s very easy to set up. I can set it up without reading manual. What you need to do to scale your weight,fat, BMI,TBW and so on is just to step on the scale, put your feet on four white circles, and wait about 4 seconds. Yes, it’s that easy. It’s also a great buy consider its price. I have another scale at home which costs me about $20, and all it does is scale my weight….I will definitely recommend it to my friends, especially friends who work out and try to lose weight.

This is like the perfect thing for my family in terms of … This is like the perfect thing for my family in terms of a weight scale. The numbers are big enough so they can see it themselves and it’s definitely easy to use. All I did was pop out the back cover (that tiny little square thing with an arrow), pop in the batteries (they’re included, yay!) – all four of them, closed the cover back up (yes, you have to do that), and flipped it back to the correct position. They got on, and we all watched the numbers move. Simple, simple, simple.Oh…

It has Digital Body Composition Monitor with 7 Fitness Indicators, 90-Day Memory to accurately track my weight and all the other variables in my body. To actiate it, all you have to do and make sure you do that, both feet on the scale with metal pads all covered for it to read your body correctly.
