CFL bulbs with GU-24 two-pin base are getting hard to find, these saved me $$$ The bulbs arrived safely and look good. I bought them as spares and have not used any yet. 4 years ago I installed three outdoor dusk to dawn lights from Lowe’s home center on a new metal utility building. These lights use the GU-24 base. Even though the original bulbs are supposedly 10,000hr life, they failed within 4 months. I have had to replace the bulbs in these lights regularly every 6 to 8 months. 2 weeks ago I installed my last spare bulb and when I went back to Lowe’s to…
The price was excellent and the bulb lumens were very pleasant to the … I purchased 12 bulbs [3 sets of 4] of the 23 watt 2700k bulbs. The price was excellent and the bulb lumens were very pleasant to the eye. Only problem I had was one of the 12 bulbs did not work as received. There was no visible damage some I concluded it was a mfg. defect. I could not figure how to return one bulb si Ichocked it up to a loss. Hope you don’t have a similar experienceCe.
Not for me I thought these bulbs were the correct size after continuous searching with the type of bulb needed. Seemed to have all the correct sizes, watts and serial number. When I received the bulbs and and put them into the lamp, they did not fit. One was already broken when I received the shipment and I now have no use for the other 3. I was hoping to return them. If not, I’m left with bulbs that I can’t use.
