Practical and beautiful I LOVE this cane. My husband applied some tephlon tape to it, as the head was a little ‘rickity’ when I first used it. Now it is very stable. I have used it several times when I’ve gone out. Since I don’t give a flip what people think (this is an aid to help me not fall over when I walk), the comments of strangers are not important to me, but I have received several compliments and two fellow cane users asked me where I got it and I told them. 😉
Looks good but size was too long Looks good but size was too long. Then every time your walk with it the handle starts to loosen. Marble in mouth is noisy when walking because it rattles around. To make this a truly awesome piece, expect to do some customization. I resized it myself but the metal was the hardest I ever had to cut, but that means it is nice and sturdy. A Perfect cane with lots of character! Doesn’t make you look “old”! This is a perfect cane. Very sturdy, but with enough character to be good as a conversation starter. It works well to keep me upright as I wait for my knee replacement, and it keeps small children at a distance, which is good. When I use this cane I feel less like a little old lady and more like a stlylin’ old broad with an interesting life to live!
