Customer Service a total disappointment!!! Product was great until motor stopped working six months later and customer service would not address issue after contacting three times I gave up. Vacuum now in dump, and we will never purchase another Shark product.
I was wrong! I used one of these at a rental house on our last vacation and it worked so well I bought one myself thinking it might be a good “in between ” vac, more than the battery powered hand vac and not as bulky as the “real” vac in the closet.
