Loved it until… While preparing to write this review, I really struggled with whether to give it 3 starts or 4. I want to give it 4 because there are pros but the downside forces me to give it only 3. I am about to finish up my second bottle of this. The detergent works really well and I no longer need to use a rinse agent either. Best Natural Option I was pretty impressed with this. I’ve had trouble in the past with the seventh generation brand dishwasher detergent packs and powders not cleaning well enough. This is gel version is just as powerful as the other less environmentally friendly options! I put a little more than it recommends and I always put it on the heavy cycle and everything comes out clean.
